Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange Policy

At Anazia, we’re proud to offer a Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange Policy for all purchases made through our store. You can return your product along with the original product certificate for buy-back or exchange, based on the current market value. Deductions will be applied for making charges, taxes, and a processing fee of ₹1,000. If you received a discount or a gift during your purchase, the original discount amount or gift value will also be deducted accordingly.

Lifetime Exchange:
If you choose to exchange your product, the exchange value will be credited to your Anazia account. You can use this credit to purchase any other item of equal value. Please note, the credited amount cannot be converted to cash. Products that show signs of alteration by anyone other than Anazia will not be eligible for buy-back or exchange. After a quality inspection, we reserve the right to adjust the product's value, explaining any changes made.

Lifetime Buy-Back:
If you wish to return your product for buy-back, the buy-back value will be credited to your bank account within 15 business days of receiving the product.

Buyback and Exchange Policy

Exclusions: Buy-back and exchange are not applicable for loose diamonds, baguettes, tapered diamonds, polkis, pearls, and colored stones.
Documentation: The original invoice and product certificate are required for initiating buy-back or exchange.
Certificate Loss: If the certificate is lost, a charge of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher) will be applicable.
Eligibility: Items purchased from sources other than Anazia stores or website are not eligible for buy-back or exchange.
Discount Adjustments: Any discounts applied during the original purchase will be deducted from the current market price at the time of buy-back or exchange.
Rewards Deductions: Any e-points, rewards, or benefits used in the original purchase will be deducted from the buy-back or exchange value.
Purchase Limit: Buy-back services are only available for products purchased at or below ₹4,99,999.
EMI Considerations: For products purchased on EMI, any unpaid EMI amount will be deducted, along with other applicable deductions.

Shipping and Insurance
We offer free shipping and insurance on all orders. For returns, buy-back, or exchange, Anazia will handle reverse shipping. A processing fee of ₹1,000 will be charged at the time of the transaction.

Anazia reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Please review the policies regularly for updates. All changes will take effect immediately once published on our website: www.anaziajewels.com. Any significant updates will be accompanied by a notification on the website.
