15-Day No Questions Asked Money Back Policy

We offer a 15-day Money Back Policy to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return the product for any reason, we'll provide a full refund or exchange, minus a Rs. 1,000 charge for delivery and processing. This fee applies to each product under the policy.

Exclusions to the 15-Day Money Back Policy:

  1. Orders previously exchanged under the 15-Day Exchange Policy. Exchanges are allowed once for the full value, after which the Lifetime Exchange Policy applies.
  2. Products that have been engraved, personalized, or customized.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, in saleable condition, with no scratches, damage, or alterations. Stickers and tags must be intact. Any tampering with the product tags or packaging will void the return process.

Refund Process:

  • After a quality check, the refund will be credited to your original payment method or bank account.
    1. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed to your bank account.
    2. For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Net Banking).

How to Return the Product:

  1. Email us at hello@anaziajewels.com within 15 days of delivery to schedule a return pickup.
  2. Include the original product certificate and a copy of the invoice with the returned item.
  3. Pack the jewelry in its original packaging with the certificate and give it to the logistics executive.
  4. Collect an acknowledgement of pickup (paper receipt, photo of tracking number, or SMS confirmation).
  5. Once we receive the product, a quality check will be performed. If cleared, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, minus delivery charges. Items showing wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted.
  6. Loss of the original product certificate will result in a Rs. 1,500 deduction.
  7. For purchases made through the EMI system, a 1% deduction of the Grand Total will be applied to the refund.

Shipping Returns: For customers unable to return products to our stores, we will schedule a reverse pickup. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and Rs. 1,000 will be deducted for delivery and processing charges.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website: www.anaziajewels.com. Any significant updates will be notified on this page.
