  • Mounts are designs that hold diamonds in place, with or without diamonds. You can customize jewellery by selecting Mounts and diamonds separately.
  • Loose Diamonds are individual diamonds sold separately without Mounts.

Cancellation & Returns

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund minus a 1% payment gateway fee.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a Rs. 1,000 processing fee plus the 1% gateway charge.
  • For custom orders, making charges will be forfeited.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment source; for Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account.
  • Gift card purchases will be refunded back to the gift card in case of cancellations or returns.

Applicable Laws
All use of this website is governed by the laws of West Bengal, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of West Bengal.

For purchases above INR 2 lakh in a day, the Permanent Account Number (PAN) must be provided as per Indian government regulations.

Free Gifts
Free gifts are considered discounts. In case of partial cancellations or returns, the refund will exclude the value attributed to the free gift.
